DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian for skilled care communities. The RD will conduct onsite visits Monday through Friday during regular business hours, averaging about 8 hours monthly.

You will work with the clinical team to ensure meals meet high nutritional standards and provide nutrition education to staff. As part of our nationwide RD network, you will train and mentor dining managers, assist with policy development, and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required.
• State License required where applicable.
• 2 years consulting experience preferred; LT Care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor residents' nutritional needs with the clinical team.
• Provide nutrition education and guidance to dining staff.
• Assist with MDS and nutrition assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
