Job summary

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian for skilled care communities. The RD will complete onsite visits Monday–Friday during normal business hours, with 8 hours monthly at the facility. You will partner with the clinical team to ensure meals meet nutritional standards and assist with policy development.

We offer a flexible schedule, continuing education opportunities, an extensive network of RD colleagues, and mentoring. Prior LTC consulting is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials and state license as required for the role.
• Experience in long-term care nutrition is preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve residents' meals to meet high nutritional standards.
• Collaborate with clinical team on nutritional needs and MDS where applicable.
• Provide nutrition education and guidance to dining managers and staff.
