Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve skilled care communities. You will perform onsite visits Monday–Friday during normal business hours, supporting long-term care dining programs with RD expertise.

As part of our team, you will monitor residents' nutritional needs, provide education to staff, and help ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a flexible schedule. This role offers competitive pay, CE opportunities (12–20 hours/year), mentoring, and a supportive network of RD

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR credentials.
• State license if required by state.
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meals meet high nutritional standards for residents.
• Monitor residents' nutritional needs and respond to dietary changes.
• Provide nutrition education to dining staff and management.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff; support policy development.
