Qualifications

• High School Diploma and district assessment requirements under ESSA.
• Associates degree or 48 college credits; Texas EAC certification.
• Strong reading, writing and math abilities; good judgment under stress.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students assigned to AEP at all times.
• Collaborate with teachers to maintain an orderly classroom.
• Provide ongoing academic and behavioral support to students.
• Intervene using Handle with Care when necessary to prevent injuries.
• Maintain confidentiality and student files.
