Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Portland, ME. The role involves planning and delivering direct and indirect patient care to medically complex LTAC patients, with a 36-hour week and per-week pay.

Requirements include current RN license for the practicing state and at least 1 year of LTAC experience; additional experience in vents, wound care, and cardiac care is preferred.

Qualifications

The Long-Term AcuteCare Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirectpatient care to medically complex patients in long-term acute settings.

• Current RN license for the state in which the nursepractices in
• One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute carefacility preferred
• Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care,cardiac, and stable post trauma patients
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
