Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Omaha, NE. The RN will plan and deliver direct and indirect care to medically complex LTAC patients in a long-term acute setting.

Requirements include an active RN license and LTAC experience; CPR where applicable; TB screening and health certificate as per contract/state. Position type: Travel; Pay: $2,086 per week; Hours: 36 per week.

The Long-Term AcuteCare Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in long-term acute settings.

Minimum Requirements

• Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices in


• One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred


• Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post trauma patients


• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice


• Current CPR if applicable


• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable


• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)


• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements


• Must be at least 18 years of age
