Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Knowledge of FMCSA hours of service and safety regulations.
• Experience or training in heavy tractor-trailer operation long distances.
• No felony or drug convictions; clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must pass driving test and medical certification.
• Minimum 4 years of recent over-the-road driving experience or graduate of company training.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations for extended, long-distance freight.
• Drop, hook, spot, or interchange equipment for loading or unloading at various locations.
• Comply with USDOT Hours of Service and FMCSA regulations.
• Deliver freight safely and timely while maintaining equipment.
• Perform basic pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance as needed.
