Voi in London is seeking a Fleet Specialist to support two main operations: mechanical upkeep and in-field duties. You will drive one of our company e-vans, perform on-site repairs, maintain scooters, and ensure safe, reliable service for riders.

You will work with a supportive team, rotate between tasks, and be subject to DBS check. The role requires a full UK driving licence for 12+ months, a clean record, and a practical, team-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no major offences.
• Good knowledge of your city and comfortable driving there.
• Responsible team player who can work independently and with others.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Practical, solution‑oriented mindset for getting things done.
• Comfortable navigating the city in a van in different weather and traffic.
• Physical condition to safely handle scooters and batteries.
• DBS Check may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the logistics of collecting and deploying Voi scooters.
• Searching for and collecting damaged scooters.
• Replacing batteries so vehicles are always ready to ride.
• Performing quick on-site repairs of scooters.
• Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles.
• Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assisting with acceptance, packaging and preparation of new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse.
• Supporting the on-site team as needed and helping clear parking or set up fallen vehicles.
