Job summary

Logic 360 Ltd. is hiring a Mobile Repair Technician (Level 2 or 3) in Southend on Sea. The role is permanent with a Monday–Friday pattern and 08:00–17:00 hours, offering a salary up to £40,000 per year. No tools needed as a work van and tools are provided.

The ideal candidate has Level 2/3 qualifications and experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the company provides benefits including a pension and employee assistance programmes.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 required.
• Full valid UK driving licence required (2+ years).
• Experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic/inspector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs if qualified.
• Diagnose problems in the workshop and perform electrical diagnostics if needed.
• Carry out repairs per manufacturer standards to restore vehicles to original condition.
• Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
• Ensure documentation and company procedures are followed.

Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We have an opportunity to work with one of the largest UK online retailers and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our client’s team.

This role is ideal for a Level 3 Technician who enjoys versatile day-to-day job activities as every day comes with new challenges. You will be comfortable with face-to-face interactions with our customers providing professional service.
As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will not be required to have your own tools, these will be provided to you with a work van.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified)
• Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
• Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition
• Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector
• Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
