Job summary

NEP Bow Tie is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to join our central London team, with possible travel on a motor racing contract. The role covers maintenance, vision control, CTA systems, streaming and media asset management across high-profile sites in London.

You will work in cross-functional teams, handle live environments, and support AV/Broadcast services for notable clients such as Parliament and other venues. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a high profile environment.
• Excellent communicator and strong written/verbal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• First-line fault finding and repair of Broadcast and AV equipment.
• Vision control operations including OCP and RCP on camera channels.
• Set up and maintain CTA systems and video/audio patching.
• Operate streaming, encoding and transcoding equipment.
• Work with 3rd party technologies including CDN and web players.
• Communicate effectively with clients, producers and directors.
