LOM Customer Contracts Master Data Analyst (Finance)

Job Summary

The Light Oils Marketing (LOM) Customer Contracts and Master Data Analyst/Administrator supports contract execution and administration, maintains master data in SAP, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. This role involves managing contract processes, data accuracy, system updates, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Terminal Operations. The analyst also contributes to process improvements and resolves issues related to contracts and customer data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, or other ERP systems for contract and master data management (preferred)
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience requirements: 0 years with a Bachelor's degree; 2+ years in contract administration or related field (preferred); 5 years if no degree

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Administration
  • Assist with drafting, processing, and maintaining customer contracts, including various types such as Branded, Unbranded, Commercial, Aviation, Bulk, and Petrochemical agreements
  • Ensure contracts comply with standard templates
  • Support contract lifecycle activities: execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations
  • Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and related documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding contracts
Customer Master Data Management
  • Enter and update customer master data in SAP and other systems
  • Validate and correct data to ensure accurate billing and transactions
  • Manage third-party portals and external system setups
Issue Resolution & Cross-Departmental Support
  • Troubleshoot contract and data issues with relevant teams
  • Investigate billing errors and discrepancies
  • Support internal and external inquiries related to contracts and data
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Streamline contract and data management processes
  • Document standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
  • Monitor reports on contract status, data accuracy, and KPIs
  • Maintain records for audits and compliance
