Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Logistics Workforce Manager to support daily operations across Enterprise Logistics Centers. You will ensure staffing availability, maintain tools, and generate analyses to meet service standards for internal and external customers.

You will coordinate schedules, training, huddles, and coaching, while auditing skill levels and overseeing system administration across key logistics platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in customer service, call center or related field.
  • High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of direct Workforce Management and call center experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess problems, identify root causes, and act with urgency to mitigate impacts on customers and staff productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with enterprise leadership and IT partners to drive improvements.
  • Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Document requirements and develop processes/tools to improve productivity across centers.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules based on analyses to meet performance standards.
  • Set up and maintain agent profiles, hierarchies, and access for critical applications.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve WFM practices.
  • Perform user testing and post-production validation for core technology solutions.
