Job summary

Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, seeks a Customer Service Technician II to support Missile Defense deployment operations from Huntsville, AL. You will manage records, inventories, and shipping preparation while coordinating with drivers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years' experience, a valid driver's license, and interim Secret clearance with potential to obtain a full Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Interim Secret clearance on day one, ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document accountability for records and archives.
• Maintain inventory, prepare orders, and track resupply activities.
• Perform fleet planning, operation, and maintenance.
• General maintenance and custodial tasks of warehouse/parts facilities and equipment.
• Prepare materials for shipping, palletizing, banding, and wrapping, including weights and dimensions.
• Operate various vehicles including vans, pickups, and 2-ton flatbeds.
• Operate general material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Other duties as assigned.
