Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Interim Secret clearance on day one, and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to a high standard of housekeeping.
• Complete painting tasks with spray guns (gravity or siphon fed).
• Read and apply paint formulas and prep/mask for refinishing.
• Operate forklift to move equipment and handle tools.
• Complete work orders accurately and follow SOPs.
• Perform repairs with minimal supervision.
