Position Summary:

Desired Previous Job Experience:

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or higher; degree preferred

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • At least two years of leadership experience
  • Highly motivated, energetic, with a strong sense of urgency to address issues
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Communicate daily operational activities with supervisors and managers
  • Manage and promote safety and sanitation standards
  • Plan staffing needs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize productivity and performance
  • Monitor and ensure order accuracy
  • Conduct meetings with hourly associates
  • Oversee personnel records
  • Develop and train hourly associates
  • Generate productivity reports, monitor labor standards, and manage labor hours within budget
  • Supervise and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
