Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the timely shipment and receiving of all materials, supervise the yard and delivery personnel, and perform other duties as assigned.

Under the Branch Manager, you will prepare load lists with loading instructions, coordinate daily pre-staging and scheduling, conduct inventories, and manage purchasing and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year experience in traffic operations preferred
• Minimum two years supervisory experience
• Multi-vehicle scheduling experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with jobsite deliveries preferred

Responsibilities

• Furnishes a load list with truck loading instructions and delivery sequence to yard personnel.
• Coordinates daily pre-staging of loads and the following day’s schedules ensuring speedy in-and-out times of trucks on second and third runs.
• Conducts and/or supervises cycle counts and physical inventories and is responsible for accurate reporting of results.
• Supervises and maintains purchasing and receiving processes as established by the Company.
