• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and verify data for orders, shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping documents and files.
• Coordinate special or last-minute shipping requests with operations.
• Provide shipping/tracking information to customers.
