Job summary

ChemPoint in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Operations Account Specialist to coordinate with external operations providers, manage inventory, and support warehouse-related questions.

You will partner with the Operations Supervisor and Manager to align warehousing functions with goals, approve invoices, track inventory, and ensure accurate receiving, storage and shipments. This hybrid role involves collaboration with Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, plus ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or Logistics.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with external operations providers per approved procedures under supervision.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure smooth warehousing operations.
• Maintain relationships with warehousing service providers and serve as primary contact for daily activities.
• Audit and approve warehouse invoices for timely payment.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
