Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse operations. You will assign carriers, schedule outbound loads, and enter data in the Genco system, ensuring efficient shipment processing and stock management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse/transportation/customer service
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with different units
• Commitment to Lakeside Policies and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Assigns carriers for loads going out to forward warehouse and interplant backhauls
• Schedules appointments for outbound loads
• Enters information in Genco system for bills
• Communicates with Corp on short stock
• Runs readouts for lines to haul stock and prioritizes oldest product
• Assists forklift drivers with shipping issues
• Checks in/out truck drivers and completes paperwork
• Maintains order paperwork and distributes copies
• Assists with shipping orders and data entry
• Responsible for data maintenance in computer systems
• Adheres to Lakeside Foods policies and safety requirements
• Notify Managers of unsafe conditions
