Job summary

Lakeside Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support our warehouse operations in Owatonna, Minnesota. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure a smooth production flow, working with seasonal staff, and adhering to safety standards.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and a complete set of industrial maintenance tools. Welding and hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge are advantageous, with opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One year related experience and/or training.
Must possess a complete set of tools for industrial maintenance.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics; welding knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the efficient flow of product through the assigned area and the major repair and maintenance of all machinery in the assigned area.
Work with seasonal employees in their day-to-day duties.
Read and interpret blueprints and precision instruments as needed.
In off-season, assist in machine repair/overhaul, cleaning, and installation of new processing equipment.
Adhere to Lakeside Foods policies and safety procedures.
