Job summary

The Good Crisp Company is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee and scale our national logistics network, manage 3PLs and carriers, and ensure cost-effective operations. You’ll lead budgeting, SOP standardization, and continuous improvement across warehouses and transportation.

We value proactive, highly organized candidates who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic initiatives, and you’ll report to the Senior Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience owning a multi-node logistics network (CPG preferred).
• Experience managing multiple 3PLs and freight partners.
• International & import logistics experience (FCL, customs, drayage).
• Proven transport and warehouse RFP/bid experience, negotiating rates and terms.
• Experience with ERP/NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily network execution and primary contact for 3PL and transportation partners.
• Troubleshoot real-time shipping issues and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Lead 3PL transitions and new facility implementations end-to-end from RFP to go-live.
• Drive network design and optimization balancing cost, service, capacity, and scalability.
• Hybrid/remote-friendly role with travel for team meetings and events.
