Job summary

Plastic Express is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily dock activities, documentation, and data entry in a fast-paced bulk distribution environment.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports Sales, Accounting, HR, and operations. Candidates should have a HS diploma, English proficiency, and ERP experience; bilingual skills are a plus. 8:30–5, Mon–Fri, with potential overtime and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak in English required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Some advanced education or working toward a degree.
• SAP or other ERP experience/certifications considered.
• Acellos HighJump experience/certifications considered.
• Ability to read and speak Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, or Japanese will be given consideration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse shipping, receiving, and delivery files.
• Manage office supplies and end-of-day reports.
• Process receiving and shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Coordinate with drivers, CSR, and management to schedule deliveries.
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory updates in the system.
• Assist in inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Support safety and team communication initiatives.
