Seegrid Corp. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Warehousing and Logistics team. The role handles shipping, warehousing/inventory control, and receiving materials and equipment across five facilities and with suppliers and customers.

Key duties include loading/unloading, inventory accuracy, and safe operation of company vehicles and material handling equipment. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years operating a 26,000 GVW box truck.
• Valid PA driver’s license and DOT medical card.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using MRP systems; Epicor and Concur experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all company vehicles.
• Operate vehicles with GVW < 26,000 lbs.
• Operate company material handling equipment (pallet jacks, electric walkie stackers, forklifts, scissor lifts).
• Operate Seegrid AMR products.
• Adhere to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Track and report working hours, maintain driving and delivery logs.
• Support facilities and maintenance operations as needed.
• Responsible for warehousing, inventory control, receiving materials and equipment.
