Job summary

Seegrid is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Warehousing and Logistics team in Pittsburgh. You will transport materials, Seegrid-owned equipment, and finished goods across five facilities and to/from suppliers and customers.

The role includes shipping finished goods, warehousing/inventory support, and receiving incoming materials and equipment. Responsibilities include operating company vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining logs, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3+ years operating a 26,000 GVW box truck.
• Valid PA drivers license and DOT medical card.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using MRP systems, Epicor and Concur experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be a highly responsible individual who can work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all company vehicles.
• Operate vehicles with a GVW under 26,000 lbs.
• Operate company material handling equipment (pallet jacks, electric walkie stackers, counterbalance forklift, scissor lifts, etc.).
• Operate Seegrid AMR products.
• Adhere to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Track and report working hours with detailed driving logs.
• Load, unload, and ship materials and products.
• Support warehouse, receiving, and inventory control functions as needed.
