Security Equipment Supply, Inc. (SES) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Carrollton, TX. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on maintaining SES customer service standards through logistics and sales support in a busy warehouse and showroom environment.

You will handle shipping, receiving, stocking, and merchandising tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards. Training will be provided for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of low voltage products preferred.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers to maintain SES standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse per safety standards.
• Complete training for regulatory compliance (Hazmat, forklift) as required.
• Communicate with Branch/Corporate Management about outcomes and issues.
• Process shipping: pull orders, store Will-Call orders, ensure quality control, package efficiently, record shipping data in SES system.
• Process receiving: verify quantities, inspect for damage, enter into ERP, stock items, rotate products, follow stocking policies.
• Stock showroom and warehouse daily, front faces and reorganize products, label adequately, use master inventory lists.
• Support merchandising and showroom upkeep; assist in maintaining appearance and safe operations.
