Job summary

Security Equipment Supply, Inc. (SES) seeks an Inside Sales Associate to cultivate customer relationships and drive sales in a full-time, on-site role at our Dallas, TX location.

You will engage existing customers and generate new business while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SES products and services. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and ERP/RM system proficiency, with a track record of meeting sales goals and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency with ERP and RM systems.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and generate new business.
• Make outbound calls or in-person visits to customers in the assigned area.
• Follow up on leads and quotes to move opportunities forward.
• Track customers using RM and manage conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Logistics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a professional, safe work environment.
