Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of low voltage products preferred.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean organized showroom and warehouse.
• Complete training for regulatory compliance (e.g., Hazmat, forklift).
• Maintain open communication with Branch Management and Corporate Management.
• Comply with any reasonable management request.
• Shipping responsibilities: pull orders, mark will-call orders, ensure quality control.
• Receiving responsibilities: verify quantities, inspect for damage, enter products in ERP, stock items, rotate inventory, follow guidelines for non-stock items.
• Stocking responsibilities: restock showroom shelves, face products, arrange shelves for new SKUs, ensure labeling and inventory placement.
• Merchandising and housekeeping: maintain showroom appearance, manage trash, keep warehouse clean.
