Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, Northfield, Illinois-based healthcare company, seeks a Transportation Coordinator to manage OSIs and inbound calls from sales reps and internal staff. You will determine transportation modes between branches, facilities, and Medline customers, coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

The role includes supporting scheduling initiatives and urgent carrier arrangements. The position requires at least 2 years of related experience; knowledge of transportation practices

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Answer OSIs and inbound calls from sales reps and Medline employees.
• Determine modes of transportation between branches, facilities, and customers.
• Coordinate with carriers, operations and sales teams; interact with customers as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and inside delivery initiatives.
• Secure rush carriers and rescues when required.
