Job summary

DHL Supply Chain invites applications for a Training Supervisor to drive training and safety programs for site associates in our Ohio operations. The role supports process documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will lead training initiatives, coordinate writers and trainers, and coach staff to ensure adherence to company standards and customer requirements. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on people development and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 1–3 years logistics or manufacturing industry, preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in lead, supervisor or management role, required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and conduct training and safety programs for associates.
• Ensure training is documented and processes meet ISO and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate and direct writing and training activities; mentor staff.
• Administer Site Safety Program, develop safety procedures, and advise management on safety concerns.
• Coordinate and conduct corporate sponsored training programs for site personnel.
• Document system processes and ensure document control standards are maintained.
