Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Delivery Lead or equivalent role.
• Deep knowledge of product handling, wrapping, truck loading, and assembly.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (75+ lbs team lifts).
• Strong communicator with ability to train peers in one-to-one and group settings.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile tools, training trackers, and route documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for all new field logistics hires (Drivers, Helpers, Movers).
• Deliver structured training in the warehouse (Days 1–3), including safe lifting and movement techniques, product wrapping, and securement.
• Oversee ride-alongs (Days 4–5) and provide real-time coaching.
• Guide new hires during Week 2 on real jobs with increasing independence.
• Track completion of training milestones and communicate readiness to managers.
• Assist in rolling out monthly logistics refreshers and SOP updates.
• Lead the execution of assigned delivery routes and supervise on-site installation quality.
