Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a Logistics Clerk to join the Operations team. You will prepare paperwork for outgoing loads (BOLs, packing lists, labels), monitor routing, track shipments, and collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure a smooth, efficient process.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with pay at 17.50 per hour. Requirements include a HS diploma, ERP experience preferred, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Reports to: Logistics Manager

Essential Functions:

• Prepare paperwork for outgoing loads: BOL’s, Picking Tickets, Packing Lists, Labels, etc.
• Monitor routing of outgoing loads
• Track outgoing loads and report mis-shipments
• Track purchase orders in NetSuite and send documents to retailers
• Work with Logistics Coordinator and team to ensure a smooth process
• Other duties as assigned
