Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Stevens Point, WI is hiring for a fast-paced logistics role with both full-time and part-time schedules. Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, with training on first shift before transitioning to the posted hours.

Responsibilities include coordinating driver assignments, ensuring accurate shipping documentation, and data entry in the WMS system. Candidates must be adaptable, physically capable, and committed to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math and data entry with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data systems.
• Able to work in temperature-controlled environments and wear PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• May receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure timely documents.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments including check-in and check-out.
