Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 2nd shift forklift operator in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Starting pay is $20/hr with a 4x10 schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30pm-2am or Wednesday–Saturday 1:30pm-12am.

You will operate a stand‑up reach forklift, following safety standards in cold and dry storage areas. Responsibilities include stacking and retrieving palletized units, using RF to record data, loading/unloading, and completing daily forklift maintenance.

Qualifications

Basic math skills.
Ability to understand instructions in official language.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F/-25 C in cold storage sites or up to 100 F/37 C in dry storage.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
