Job summary

IES is hiring a Technician I - Logistics to provide shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance support. This full-time, direct-hire role requires physical readiness and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

You will handle packing, labeling, cycle counts, data entry into the IES Inventory database, and ensure safety and Lean 5S practices. Benefits begin after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (SAP, Spectrum).
• Intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Must be able to use power tools.

Responsibilities

• Package, label and tag warehouse inventory.
• Log daily activities: receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling, auditing, issuing materials.
• Conduct cycle-counts and manage daily log.
• Enter material into IES Inventory database.
• Load and unload goods and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain warehouse quality by tracking damaged inventory and reporting it.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
• May operate forklifts and company vehicles.
• Work in accordance with 5S and Lean principles.
• Carry out all task assignments efficiently.
