IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team in Cincinnati. The role supports warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling with attention to accuracy and safety. A motivated, detail-oriented professional is needed to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, stocking materials, and maintaining records. Candidates should have 0–2 years of related experience and be capable of working on-site with stringent safety

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or operational experience preferred.
• Basic organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support warehouse personnel by preparing materials and supplies for operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors and operational teams regarding warehouse requirements and inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
• Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
