Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related scientific or technical field preferred, with strong reading and writing skills.
• High school diploma or GED required with clear handwriting and basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with business software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in all AgCertain situations and environments.
• Understand and contribute to the shipping and receiving process.
• Become familiar with product lines to aid shipping and receiving efforts.
• Safely load and unload pallets; inspect incoming packing materials and ingredients.
• Pack Direct-To-Consumer orders according to picking instructions.
• Process and fulfill orders accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor inventory in Packaging/Shipping areas and assist with counts.
• Use handheld scanners; verify lot numbers with pick lists.
• Apply labels to boxes and pallets accurately.
• Maintain a clean dock and staging area.
• Complete necessary QA paperwork to maintain traceability and GMP compliance.
• Undergo GMP training and comply with safety policies; perform sanitation duties.
• Participate in all company trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
