Job summary

MSD Malaysia in Irving, TX is seeking a Dispatch Fulfillment associate to manage dispatch operations, fill orders, stock, pack, and maintain a clean work area. You will scan custom orders on SAP to verify readiness for dispatch and interact with multiple departments for order resolution.

The position of Dispatch Fulfillment is responsible for dispatch operations, filling orders, stocking, packing, and general housekeeping. The Dispatch position is responsible for scanning custom order on SAP to verify that orders are ready for dispatch. In this role, the successful candidate will interact with the Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service, Laser and Packing departments.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scan custom orders on SAP to verify order is complete.
  • Pull orders for shipping and verify UIN to fulfill order accurately.
  • Move orders to the shipping area.
  • Stock shelves with product.
  • Follows documented work instructions for job.
  • Contact with Customer Service to resolve issues with orders.
  • Maintains clean work area.
  • Follows all safety and company policies.
  • Any other responsibilities directed by the Supervisor.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Must have at least 1 year of Warehouse experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication required.
  • Able to do basic math, and the use of a calculator.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with SAP is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to work in an un-air-conditioned warehouse on a continued basis.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

The salary range for this role is: $47600 - $75100

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
