Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for core warehouse applications, regional cross-dock platforms.
• Perform regular device updates, factory resets, and compliance audits using (MDM) tools.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, system access levels, and light system maintenance.
• Help with testing for updates or new application rollouts.
• Monitor automated reporting and flag data integrity or electronic data errors for escalation.
• Assist with systems training and support.
