Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, cross‑dock, and warehouse environment preferred.
  • Experience with logistics apps and cross‑dock systems (WMS, TMS, data mapping).
  • Hardware setup/maintenance experience (RF devices, label printers, printers).

Responsibilities

  • Provide front‑line technical support for core warehouse applications and cross‑dock platforms.
  • Perform regular device updates, factory resets, and compliance audits using MDM tools.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts and system access levels; perform light system maintenance.
  • Help with testing for updates or new application rollouts.
  • Monitor automated reporting and escalate data integrity issues.
  • Assist with systems training and support.

Pay Range

Expected base pay range: $20.50 - $24.25 hourly.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide front‑line technical support for core warehouse applications and regional cross‑dock platforms.
  • Perform regular device updates, factory resets, and compliance audits using MDM tools.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, system access levels, and perform light system maintenance.
  • Help with testing for updates or new application rollouts.
  • Monitor automated reporting and flag data integrity or electronic data errors for escalation.
  • Assist with systems training and support.
Educational Background / Work Experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, cross‑dock, and warehouse environment.
  • Experience with logistics applications and cross‑dock systems, including but not limited to:
    • Warehouse Management Systems
    • Transportation Management Systems
    • Message Transformation / Data Mapping Tools
  • Experience in hardware configuration, setup, and maintenance. Hardware may include:
    • Handheld RF equipment (Microsoft, Android, iOS)
    • Label printers
    • All‑in‑one printers
Skills & Competencies
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with mobile device configuration, software platforms, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Problem‑Solving: Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning to resolve device and system errors quickly under pressure.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical instructions clearly to warehouse staff and management.
  • Structure & Focus: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet routine maintenance deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working on multiple tasks and willing to travel occasionally for site deployments.
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy
  • Strong proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, Android, and iOS.
Physical and Mental Requirements / Working Conditions

Work is generally sedentary with occasional standing, walking, and lifting. Hours can be extensive and may require staggering for multi‑shift access. The employee may handle objects, tools, and controls; use hands, arms, and electronics. Specific vision requirements include close and distance vision. Minimal domestic or international travel may be required.

Environment is low to moderate noise; rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
