Job summary

Lamb Weston is hiring a Logistics Technician for the American Falls, ID plant. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and support receiving, storage, and shipping processes.

The role requires adherence to safety standards and SOPs, plus ability to lift heavy loads and rotate shifts, including weekends. As part of a collaborative team, you will use WMS and other systems to ensure accurate records and efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and, on occasion, up to 100 pounds with team lifting.
• Experience with warehouse operations and equipment maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
• Willing to rotate shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model in following company policies and procedures.
• Understand warehouse operations and daily tasks as assigned.
• Operate and maintain equipment at base condition.
• Participate in root cause analysis exercises and use available tools.
• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Move materials between receiving, storage and production areas.
• Sort and place items on racks by size, type, or code.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP and safety practices.
• Verify product placement during receiving with an inbound note.
• Drive forklift to transport items to plant, truck or railcar.
