Job summary

Lactalis American Group in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator based in Nampa, ID to support production by moving ingredients, packaging, and finished goods with a stand‑up forklift. You’ll also load/unload trailers and handle inventory documentation in a fast‑paced food manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with inventory systems like AS400.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of stand‑up forklift experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Familiarity with Heritage / AS400 or similar inventory systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand‑up forklift to move ingredients, packaging, and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Supply production departments with materials to meet daily production demands
• Load and unload trailers at the dock
• Accurately complete required documentation and communicate inventory movements
• Perform basic computer transactions related to inventory and production support
• Manually move, stack, or handle product as needed
• Follow all food safety, safety, and quality procedures
• Work effectively in a high‑stress, time‑sensitive environment
