Job summary

Wasserstrom Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate daily warehouse activities, assist with administrative tasks, and support shipping and receiving operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and proper documentation.

The role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to operate in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required
• 6-12 months related experience or training preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and monitor schedules; track progress and report status updates to management
• Provide team members with work guidance and support for assigned tasks and procedures
• Consolidate equipment/products for shipping and load trucks
• Store, issue, and organize equipment, materials, and other items from the warehouse
• Use parts lists to measure and inspect the quality of incoming materials
• Maintain inventory records
• Communicate shipping schedules to cross-functional departments
• Pick confirmed shipments and print Bills of Lading
• Perform other tasks to support warehouse operations as needed
