  • Use parts lists to measure and inspect the quality of incoming materials for products.
  • Maintain inventory records.
  • Communicate shipping schedules to cross‑functional departments as needed.
  • Pick confirmed shipments and print Bills of Lading.
  • Perform other tasks to support warehouse operations as needed.

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities and completing administrative tasks for warehouse operations when needed. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures to serve as a point of contact for communicating priorities and to support problem-solving. Completes hands‑on shipping and receiving tasks alongside team members while tracking progress and reporting status updates to management. Maintains inventory records, picks shipments, and prints BOL’s (Bills of Lading) from the warehouse management system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Experience and Education:
  • High School or GED
  • 6 - 12 months related experience and/or training
Position Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Technical ability to learn and use a variety of software programs, such as SyteLine
  • Communicates well with others; speaks and writes clearly; asks for and offers help when needed
  • Interpersonal; resolves questions and concerns in a professional manner; maintains confidentiality
  • Detail oriented; meets quality standards and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Organized; completes work in a timely manner; able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Manufacturing Environment – may cause exposure to heat, noise, vibration, odors, dust or moving mechanical parts
  • Medium to Heavy Work – requires the ability to exert up to 100 lbs. with team or mechanical assistance, requires the ability to individually exert up to 75 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or exert up to 35 lbs. of force frequently, and/or exert up to 15 lbs. of force constantly to lift, move, push, or pull objects and materials
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel materials and equipment
  • Frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms
  • Required to walk, see close and at distance, and talk and hear
