Job summary

UPS is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced facility in Odessa, TX. The role emphasizes strong communication, training, coaching, and adherence to safety policies while driving productivity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and prior management experience is preferred. Flexibility with shifts and a proactive, team-based mindset are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, in full compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provides orientation, skills, and safety training with ongoing coaching and evaluations.
• Ensures ongoing safety compliance across the department.
