Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Springfield, MO is seeking a Logistics Group Lead to supervise Route Service Reps, coordinate schedules and drive improvements in hub operations. You will ensure day-to-day coverage, coach staff, and promote a service-first culture across the team.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with rotational weekends; a Quest Diagnostics vehicle is provided during shifts. Some shift differentials and a potential annual bonus may be offered to motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in logistics or transportation experience.
• Valid Driver’s license with at least 3 years driving; MVR with limited violations.
• Leadership or training experience preferred.
• Ability to travel <25% and operate in varying locations.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisor support including scheduling, training and development, and external relations.
• Directs day-to-day activities of RSRs and coaches them to perform duties.
• Identifies process improvements and promotes productivity through engagement.
• Facilitates process improvement projects and acts as a change agent.
• Maintains communication with supervisor and leadership on progress.
• Ensures compliance with timekeeping, safety, and company policies.
