As our Logistics Systems Specialist, you'll oversee the operation of automated equipment such as conveyors, elevators, shuttle cars, and robots in the Materials WH area. You'll ensure the LEGO Production team meets production plans and product quality by maintaining logistics equipment and managing warehouse software systems like WMS, SAP, and others. Your role will involve optimizing material flow, applying contingency plans, and collaborating with departments to minimize operational impact. You'll also participate in continuous improvement projects and coordinate maintenance activities.
You'll lead logistics operations to ensure efficient material handling, guide teams on automation capabilities, and improve logistics quality through data-driven recommendations. You'll support process standardization and documentation, partner with stakeholders across the value chain, and expand the use of automation tools across the organization.
The Materials WH department is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials to production areas according to LEGO standards. You'll work with a team of specialists who collaborate closely across functions, taking ownership of your work and approaching challenges with a practical mindset. You'll thrive by building strong relationships, supporting others' learning, and contributing to shared goals.

The salary for this position has a range of $84,674.00 - $127,010.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
