Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to oversee automated equipment and warehouse software within the Materials Warehouse. You will drive efficiency in material flow, maintain systems like WMS and SAP, and coordinate maintenance and improvements across departments.

You will lead continuous improvement projects, ensure production plans and product quality, and work in a hybrid setup with a focus on data-driven decisions and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing automated equipment and logistics software to drive efficiency.
• Experience in Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, or Software Projects.
• Proficiency in managing automated equipment and logistics software systems like WMS and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate and lead maintenance activities for logistics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of automated logistics equipment to meet production plans and quality goals.
• Manage warehouse software systems (WMS/SAP/COMBI/AGV/AL/ETTRIC/TGW).
• Monitor warehouse processes to maintain material integrity and timely delivery.
• Optimize material flow and apply contingency plans to minimize production impact.
• Collaborate with departments to reroute flow and minimize disruption during failures.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and warehouse/maintenance projects.
• Act as the shift contact for the department and coordinate maintenance.
