Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to oversee automated equipment in the Materials Warehouse, ensuring production plans and product quality. You will manage WMS/SAP and optimize material flow while coordinating maintenance and continuous improvement projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, map critical equipment parameters, and support standardized processes. A 12-hour shift pattern and potential travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing automated equipment and logistics software to drive efficiency and innovation in operations.
• Experience in Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, or Software Projects.
• Proficiency in managing automated equipment and logistics software systems like WMS and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate and lead maintenance activities for logisticsequipment.
• High level of analytical skills to optimize material flow and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation of automated logistics equipment to meet production plans and product quality.
• Monitor and confirm warehouse processes to ensure material integrity and delivery.
• Optimize material flow and apply contingency plans to minimize production impact.
• Collaborate with departments to reroute flow and minimize operational impact in case of failure.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and warehouse/maintenance projects.
