Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Systems Engineer to support end-to-end obsolescence management and DMSMS activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product continuity and cost-effective solutions across legacy and new designs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree, familiarity with DMSMS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This fully onsite position is based in Woodland Hills, CA with a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related engineering experience or Master’s with 0+ years.
• Familiarity with obsolescence or DMSMS concepts and processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.
• Onsite work at Woodland Hills, CA facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of component and product obsolescence across product lines.
• Provide obsolescence analysis and generate DMSMS health reports.
• Assist logistics engineering from concept through production and sustainment.
• Collaborate with IPT and cross-functional teams on risk mitigation and continuity.
• Utilize PLM and MRP systems to support lifecycle management.
