City of Lincoln in Durham, NC is seeking a Tech Logistics Support Technician to provide on-site logistics support at the North America Hub in North Carolina. The role requires handling daily logistics tasks and supporting all hub functions.

Job Description:
The Tech Logistics Support Technician will provide dailylogistical support-on site,for the Tech Logistics North America Hub located in North Carolina. The role requires the applicant to master the daily logistics tasks which make up the logistics role. The logistics tech role interacts and supports all other roles in the TechHub. Daily tasks may include and are not limited to:
1.Bundle assets and consumablesfor shipment to end users for requests.
2.Processing/Shipping Hardware Reclaimsto US and Canada for requests.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics(Shipping /Receiving), Inventory Control,ITAD,fulfilling hardware requeststhrough a ticketing program (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.), and excellent written and oral communication skills. Willing to train the right person with a team-oriented attitude.
Other qualities and duties:
a) Knowledge of domestic (US) and/or international shipping procedures and applications such as UPS Worldship, FEDEX, DHL, etc.,
b) Post ticket updates forallindividual work completed.
c) Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Office Suite -Outlook, Excel, and Word.
d) This position requires standing, bending and lifting packages up to 50lbs. without assistance.
e) The ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility andteamwork.
